CLINICAL OBSERVERSHIP
Curriculum in Detail
The observership is characterized by the following features:
- Get to know a modern hospital organisation
- Participation in morning visits
- Participation in clinical conferences and case demonstrations
- Access to anamnesis (assumed by the closing of a data security contract)
- Get to know diagnosis and therapy methods
- Discussions with mentors and responsible physicians
- Monitoring the use of technical units and get to know specific applications
- Monitoring of surgeries and other invasive interventions
- Get to know best-practice methods at a high medical level
- Care of a special patient in order to be able to furnish a comprehensive case study - commentated by the mentor - at the end of the observership.
